We make every effort to insure that all information is correct. We reserve the right to change listed prices without prior notice and invoice at the corrected price.

Shipping & Returns

All orders will be processed and shipped within 48 business hours except where noted. Shipping by UPS Ground normally takes 5 business days or less for delivery within the continental United States. If no one is home during the day, a notice will be left on your door with instructions on how to receive your package. If your delivery address is a PO Box, your order will be shipped via First Class Mail assuming the item meets the United States Postal Service size and weight guidelines. Alaska, Hawai, Puerto Rico, and Guam
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam must be shipped via 2-day air or United States Postal Service. Some items require additional truck or air shipping charges and you will be notified where applicable. Please call 1-877-456-6732 or e-mail our customer service department if you have any questions or concerns.

International orders that include any items currently on backordered status will not ship to the customer until all items in the order have become available.

Canadian Customers

Order directly from Lonsdaleusa.com, it's fast convenient and there's no middleman to contend with. Place your order online and as soon as we receive it a customer service representative will email you with your shipping options. All catalog prices and quotations made by Lonsdale's customer service representatives are in US funds. All monetary remittance's to Lonsdale must be in US funds and monetary exchange rates are your responsibility. By choosing UPS you hereby authorize Ringside to appoint a Canadian customs broker to act on your behalf to obtain customs clearance of your merchandise and remit applicable duties an taxes to Revenue Canada. Amounts received by Ringside for duties and taxes are accepted on your behalf for the broker. If you choose airmail shipping you will be responsible for payment of all customs duties and taxes upon delivery.

APO-FPO

Before placing your order, check to be certain all parcels will be accepted and delivered to your APO-FPO location. All APO-FPO shipments will be sent insured Priority Mail via the United States Postal Service. Size limits may exist on some items. You will be contacted via e-mail if items ordered are not consistent with the United States Postal Service size and weight regulations. Please call 1-877-456-6732 or email our customer service department if you have any questions or concerns regarding APO-FPO shipments. All APO-FPO shipping will be quoted via email before shipment.

Air shipping above is stated for single item purchases only. If you have multiple items, call 1-877-456-6732 or email for a quote. Heavy or oversize item charges still apply. Some heavy or oversized items, as noted in their product description, require additional shipping charges that will be added to the prices listed above. Ringside reserves the right to change the prices shown above without prior notice and to invoice at the corrected price.

Heavy and oversized items

Some items require extra shipping based on size or weight that will be added to the prices above. If an item requires extra shipping it will be noted in the items description.

Our satisfaction guaranteed policy

You may return any item for refund/credit or exchange for any reason if it is in "resalable" condition within 120 days. (This policy does not apply to video tapes, books, or custom made items.) This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear that results from the use of our products. Use of our products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured also nullifies this warranty. Returns

If a product develops a problem or is not useable due to a manufacturer's defect, complete the blank Return/Exchange Form on the back of the invoice that accompanied your order describing the reason for your return and the action you would like taken. It is recommended that you send all returns back via UPS Ground. Send your package insured and postage paid. There will be no credits or refunds for return shipping charges. If you request that we replace or exchange an item you will be responsible for paying the re-shipping charges.
